Description

The FUN 24 is a great flying and easy to build first sailplane kit. It is the perfect project

for school STEM programs. When launched with the Bronze Short Field High Start, the

FUN 24 can be flown in smaller spaces such as school athletic fields. It can be

launched to heights of over 150 ft with the Bronze Launch-it for longer flights

(Launchers are available separately). The FUN 24 is beginner friendly, super sturdy and

a great flyer.

 

The FUN 24 is equipped with the AeroRacers Fun Protection System, allowing it to

survive hard landings without damage.

 

It features our Flex Fuse turning system, which helps the glider ascend straight and

glide back down in a controlled spiral, keeping it near the launch zone.

Our FUN24 features an adjustable ballast system for easy center-of-gravity tuning to

optimize glide performance.

 

The wing panels assemble and disassemble very quickly due to our Rapid Wing Joining

system.

 

Jedelsky-style all wood wings provide outstanding strength and flight performance with

no covering required.

 

There is no knife required to build your sailplane. All balsa and plywood parts are precut

which makes for an easy, quick build up. All necessary parts to complete the FUN 24

are included in the kit.

 

Assembling the FUN 24 requires only wood glue and sandpaper.
