Description

The original Cirrus sailplane was manufactured by Schempp – Hirth in Germany. It was

produced from 1968 till 1985.

 

Our Standard Cirrus is a 1:27 sport scale profile replica designed for display only. Our

Cirrus balsa wood kit consists only of only a few parts and is very easy to assemble. It

features a see through canopy and light paper decorations. A plywood table display

stand with see through aircraft holders is included in the kit. Optional: the sailplane can

easily be decorated with markers such as Sharpies.

 

Our AeroRacers Standard Cirrus can be built to represent the plane in “clean” flight

mode or in “dirty” landing mode with the landing gear down and the air brakes deployed.

• The kit contains all balsa/plywood and plastic parts to build the aircraft in either cruising flight or landing configuration as well as the stand.
• A light paper decoration sheet is included.
